1.2. The Seller reserves the right to change, amend, or supplement the Rules at any time, in accordance with the requirements set by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. The Buyer is informed via the e-shop website. The Rules in effect at the time the order is placed apply when the Buyer makes a purchase.
1.3. The contract between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer, after forming a shopping cart in the e-shop, providing a delivery address, selecting a payment method, and familiarizing themselves with the Rules, submits the order.

2.6. By using the e-shop, the Buyer confirms they agree with and will comply with these Rules.
2.7. Aklevi is not responsible for additional charges for international orders. This is the responsibility of the customer.
3. Seller’s Rights and Obligations

3.6. If the Buyer exercises the right specified in clause 2.2, the Seller must refund the payment within 5 (five) working days of receiving the returned goods.
