    Yes, we ship internationally via Lithuania Post.

  • Will the metal parts change color?
    Our jewelry typically features high-quality stainless steel components. However, if jewelry care instructions are not followed, the color may change over time.

  • Do you accept custom orders?
    Yes. Please contact us via the Aklevi Instagram or Facebook page for custom requests.

  • How long does it take to complete a custom order?
    The production time is communicated personally. Typically, it takes 1–5 business days.

  • Do you work with natural stones?
    I create jewelry using both natural stones and standard beads.

  • Can you adjust the length of a ready-made piece to my preference?
    Yes, if we have the necessary materials in stock for that piece.

  • Can I pick up my order in person?
    Yes, personal pick-up is available in Ukmergė or Kaunas upon prior arrangement.

  • How can I pay for my order?
    When purchasing through the online store, you can choose between two payment methods: credit/debit card or bank transfer to the provided account.

  • How do I know what ring size fits me?
    Measure an existing ring that fits the intended finger. Place the ring on a flat surface and use a ruler to measure the inner diameter in millimeters. The measured number in millimeters is your ring size.

  • Can I track my shipment?
    Yes, once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email to monitor your shipment.

  • If my order is a gift, can you wrap it as one?
    Yes, just mention in the order comments that it’s a gift. You can also include a short message, which we’ll write out and include in the package.

  • Do you make custom rings?
    No, we currently do not make rings by custom order.

  • How can I choose the right stone for me?
    The best way is to trust your intuition and go with the stone you feel most drawn to. You can read more about this here.

  • Can I buy a gift card?
    Yes, you can purchase gift cards by sending us a message via email, Instagram, or Facebook.

  • Do you have a physical store?
    No, our jewelry is sold exclusively online. Viewing in person is possible by individual arrangement.

  • Is it possible to repurchase sold-out jewelry?
    Please contact us directly and we will let you know if the piece can be remade.
